Cancellation Policy
Cancelations
I understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, I simply ask that you notify me at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancelations that break this rule will be charged a 20% fee on your next appointment. If you are feeling sick, please cancel and stay home with no fee applied to you.
No Shows
In the event of missing your appointment, you will be charged 20% of the missed service. Two or more missed appointments will result in you having to walk in versus having an appointment.
Late Arrivals
I ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. There is a 15-minute grace period before you are considered late. Any client arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and be rescheduled unless approved.
Health History
For your comfort and safety, it is very imperative that you please notify me if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert me immediately.
Service Guarantee and Refunds
Your satisfaction is my highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied, please let me know during your service. You have 24 hours after service is rendered, for any corrections to be made to be made, rather it be my fault or yours
There will absolutely be no refunds under any circumstances. However I will apply a discount towards your next service.
